Enterprise Systems Advisory Committee

Mission

The Enterprise Systems Advisory Committee (ESAC) is to provide functional and technical guidance in the responsible development, maintenance, and support of Lewis University enterprise systems applications, interfaces, and technologies.  The committee will provide recommendations for both long and short-term decision-making by the University Technology council and the University leadership in investing resources into its enterprise systems.   The committee develops new and revises existing institutional policy for the acceptable use of enterprise systems and recommends the policies for adoption by the University’s leadership and appropriate governing bodies.

  • Faculty/non-faculty Representative from each College/School (appointed by the Dean)

  • UTAC Representatives (2)
  • Office of Technology Representative (ex officio)
