They can then choose two from specialized credentials that align with industry standards and certifications. Credentials include Professional and Executive Coaching, Training and Development, Change Management, Human Resources and DEIB, and Organizational Consulting. All credentials align curriculum with professional organizations such as SHRM, ATD, International Council of Management Consulting Institutes to prepare students to sit for professional certifications. The Professional and Executive Coaching credential is a level 2 accredited training program by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Students have achieved a 100% pass rate.
- Career-focused curriculum: Designed for both early career professionals and experienced leaders, emphasizing practical leadership skills and professional growth, with a focus on teaching skills to help students create positive change and transformation within their organizations. This graduate program combines a set of leadership and management skills with a set of in-depth competencies from specific disciplines and sought-after industry credentials. Organizational Leadership courses are offered on a 12-month basis in 8-week sessions (some summer sessions are 7 weeks). All courses are offered online. It is specifically designed so you can advance your academic preparation in the context of full-time commitments at work and home.
